Add framework assemblies to OpenAPI XML generator

Before RC1, we should make sure the XML generator includes docs for assemblies within the shared framework.

I do not know enough about the combination of Roslyn generators and XML Comments.

So this just got me thinking.
Would this not emit all Comments in the shared framework?
Or would it be a targetted list?

And my second thought, is this also something which is usefull if someone would provide a nuget package with endpoints or models which would than get the openapi based on the comments in that package?

It would be a targeted list. The idea would be to update the the AdditionalFiles rule here with the DLLs tht we want to incorporate.

Yes, as long as you plugged in a reference to the XML file associated with that assembly. See here for more info. We automatically load XML files for ProjectReferences.

Closing this as no-op. Automatically including the references for these types does introduce performance overhead to all users, especially if they are not using types from the assemblies that we would be referencing for this.

For now, we'll keep the default set optimized for project references and point people to the docs on how to add additional references.
