Implement better passkey display name inference #63630
Description
The Blazor Web App project template currently requires that users enter a passkey display name after creation, and if the user doesn't provide one (e.g., by navigating away to a different page), then the default name is "Unnamed passkey".
We should consider matching the credential's AAGUID against a set of well known authenticators to construct a better default passkey name. The user would then only be required to provide a passkey name when the authenticator model is unknown.
