Is there more we should say about the default media type mapping for static web assets and how it can be configured?

Yes, I included a section about that in my original technical description. it should be covered here if it's not covered later in the document. At leas a note/link here to where it can be configured later.

... and I need a sign-off to merge it now because they've saddled me with a rule that every PR, no matter how trivial, has to have a review 'for consistency with other repos.' The other repos are slow, so this one should be slow, too! 💸😠

@danroth27 ... I recommend getting that rule repealed. It is NOT helping here with this workload and backlog. I'm being slowed down, and it's very frustrating.
