I need help connecting Blazor WebServer to Microsoft Entra ID for authentication. I would like to be able to provide my end-users with a Login button, that when they click it it will popup the MS login dialog box so they can enter their credentials. I don't want them to leave my page, I would just like a popup for them to login.

We recommend using the BFF pattern for Blazor Server applications. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/blazor/security/blazor-web-app-with-entra?view=aspnetcore-9.0&pivots=bff-pattern

That rules out using a pop-up for authentication. If you want to do so, then you need to setup a custom authentication state provider and use msal.js directly.
