This pull request updates the download links for the ASP.NET Core Shared Framework and Hosting Bundle in the README.md file to point to the latest version 10.0 builds.

Changes to download links:

  • Updated download links for all platforms (Windows x64, Windows x86, Windows arm64, macOS x64, macOS arm64, Linux x64, Linux arm, Linux arm64, Linux-musl-x64, Linux-musl-arm, Linux-musl-arm64) to point to the version 10.0 builds.
