Allow getting reference to property getters/setters and event add/remove handlers

We'd like to do something like this:

public class EventRegistration{
  Event E;
  Delegate D;
  public EventRegistration(Event E, Delegate D){
    this.E = E;
    this.D = D;
  }

  public void Subscribe(){
    E += D;
  }
  public void Unsubscribe(){
    E -= D;
  }
}

Any suggestions on how to do this?
