Records Request - Automatic Type Infrencing

It would be nice if records supported automatic type infrencing from constructor aguments. My syntax for records might not be current but you'll get the dea

//Class Definition
[Record]
public class KeyValuePair<TKey, TValue> {
  [Key]
  public TKey Key {get;}

  [Key]
  public TValue Value {get;}
}

//Any one of the following are good by me:
var V1 = new KeyValuePair("Integer", 1);
var V2 = KeyValuePair.Create("Hello", "World");

//What I DONT want to have to do is:
var Bad1 = new KeyValuePair<string, int>("Integer", 1);
