An official project for 'language feature as analyzer'

Among the discussions for language design, there are many instances for this can be done by an analyzer. But in practice, there are something painful:

• The ones who have enough knowledge to write an analyzer is very limited
• Everyone writing analyzers for their own can't contribute to the ecosystem well
• It's hard to discover others' analyzers

So I'd suggest to create an official collection for common patterns:

• It can be a part of roslyn-analyzer repository
• It can (and should) be implemented by active community members, to save the time of language team members
• It will be recommended in official documentation, and potentially by IDE
