Primary constructors: Declare custom attribute?

The proposal for "Primary Constructors" does not indicate how or if a custom attribute can be applied to a primary constructor.
I don't see how this is possible.

If confirmed that this is not possible, it deserves at least to be mentioned.

There's a discussion here on this for record types, but - even though that discussion dates back to 2020 - the topic appears to have been ignored once more for primary constructors.
