C# is almost done

With the source generators, and other new C# features, the compiler is nearly (already is?) turing complete. As such the argument that you can implement it yourself using existing features is almost always going to be true, so that fact should either be ignored, or we can consider C# to be complete, because you can always find a way to implement it yourself. 😁
