Switching Tabs

How do you switch between tabs in a single article using a link in the text?

For example, I am in the first tab of an article and part way down the tab, I want to refer the reader to the second tab using linked text.

Some text here and now a [link to the second tab](<what goes here?>), blah blah blah

#[Second Tab](#tab/second-tab)
