Wrong documentation

This documentation lead to error, since many years ocelot config is different. and key ReRoutes does not exists.
Should be changed to Routes.

@ardalis can you look at this. I know in the intro it say:

Consider using Ocelot < v16.0.0, or use the key Routes instead of ReRoutes.
