Given the amount of problems (https://github.com/dotnet/docs/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=%22f1ed9873-3e29-b4bd-2dbb-44dd9a05d790%22&in=body) for such trivial task as following the tutorial with few steps it would be really great if there would be ready to use sample/solution for the tutorial code.

Hmm, I could consider alternatives, but good practice for writing tutorial is providing code solution/project.
Additional context
The tutorial ends with sentence "Additionally, we have a set of samples available on GitHub that you can try on your own." Which is great, but there is an awkward mismatch -- tutorial does not have its own sample on github, the samples on github do not have their tutorials.
Beginner could make a "stupid mistake" following the tutorial steps and spend hours finding what is wrong (maybe nothing is wrong after all, maybe compilers changed or something, and the tutorial does not work anymore. Without proven code it is really hard to tell).
