Reason for the article

Many of the existing sample apps focus on the simplest app type possible: a console app. Unfortunately, that approach leaves our ASP.NET Core customers with more questions than answers. Create a dedicated conceptual doc with guidance and best practices for using Azure SDK client libraries within an ASP.NET Core app.
