insert data from asp.net into postgres sql

Code doesn't work

Description

Dear friends,

I have designed form to insert data from asp.net web form into postgres data, but it does not support. Although, I have added web configur, it still does work.
Web app:

and view code page:
-using Npgsql;

They does not support.

Please you share your ideas if you did successfully.
