For the Nested record field copy-and-update feature of F# 8, a mention of lenses, prisms and an example of a subrecord option?

Can there please be some more elaborate mention in the documentation of copy-and-update of records, especially with nested updates, for best practice when dealing with nested Record options? And how this feature covers or doesn't quite cover Lens and Prism patterns?

Would the content from F# 8 docs which introduced this feature cover the needs?
Even though it can cover SOME cases where Lens would have been used, it is orthogonal and probably not a right fit for this website - it tries to avoid "functional jargon" as much as possible and leave that space to other richer sources, and focus on F# pragmatism.
