Pull Request Overview
This PR restores TOC (Table of Contents) entries for GitHub Copilot app modernization documentation that were previously removed between publishing cycles. The change adds back two important navigation items to help users find overview and FAQ content.
- Restores "Overview" and "FAQ" TOC entries under the GitHub Copilot app modernization section
- Links to existing documentation files in the core/porting directory with proper TOC and breadcrumb parameters
