Encoder param Version has incorrect "remarks"

The 'remarks' section on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.drawing.imaging.encoder.version?view=netframework-4.7.2 is incorrect. It has text from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.drawing.imaging.encoder.quality?view=netframework-4.7.2 by mistake.
