Alpine 3.14 images now available

Alpine 3.14 container images have been released for .NET Core 3.1 & 5.0 (they were already previously available for .NET 6 previews). Floating Alpine-based tags now reference Alpine 3.14 images, and previously referenced Alpine 3.13.

If you make use of a 3.1 or 5.0 floating tag for Alpine, such as 3.1-alpine or 5.0-alpine, these have been changed to now reference Alpine 3.14 instead of Alpine 3.13. Be sure to pull this tag on your machine to get the latest image.
