Ubuntu 22.04 images now available

Ubuntu 22.04 (Jammy) container images have been released for .NET 6. To consume this new version of Ubuntu, you'll need to use one of the <dotnet-version>-jammy tags.

Due to dotnet/runtime#66310, Arm32 container images for Ubuntu 22.04 are not yet available. They are expected to be made available in the next servicing release (May 10).
