.NET 7 GA Release

All .NET 7 images are now updated to the GA release.

Release Notes

• The latest tag for all container repositories has been updated to reference .NET 7 instead of .NET 6.
• The .NET 7 SDK container images contain version 7.3 RC 1 of PowerShell. It is expected that the 7.3 GA release of PowerShell will be included in these images as part of the December servicing release.
