Update evaluator prompts to work with newer models since GPT-4o is slated for retirement. #7341
Description
gpt-4o is being retired from Azure OpenAI on 2026-10-01. It says that after that date, calls to that model will fail.
I see a lot of evaluators still have this note on them.
