Fill Document Outline view in VS for F# code.

It probably will. We will likely only do it as part of LSP, and not in current extension.

They'd have to make it IVT probably. But that comes with losing some freedom so it's unlikely.
For example, IIRC years ago Roslyn was not that willing to share the mechanism of VS settings persistence that they had.

EDIT: we can of course just grab the xaml and DocumentOutlineControl code and keep a copy in this repo.

Another thing: if the future F# LSP server allows requests outside of the official VS extension, it would open a lot of possibilities for customizations and tooling that wouldn't have to be maintained officially here.

I wonder why F# assembly can not be added as internals visible to.
Both are MS internal products and pieces of VS. Maybe raise that request?
