Secondary Menu Background Color

So I am trying to figure out how to change the Secondary Menu background color in the ContentPage Title area of my Shell app.

I am referring to the black area on the right side of this image. I want to change the black background to the same background color of the Title area and changes based on whether it is Light or Dark themed getting the color from AppThemeBinding and Styles file.

Is there a way to change this color on all platforms(Droid, iOS, MacOS, Win) so it will match?
