MAUI should support producing Stand alone executable

If I am writing an application on windows, it should be able to let me create a stand alone executable, so in the event microsoft no longer maintaining the windows store or abandoning the current app signature process for the operating system to 'trust' the app, I can still run my application instead of retiring my software
