Distribution requirements for mobile device management (sophos)

Hello guys,
as the title says, I want to distribute my .net maui app for ios devices in my company but with a mobile device management software from sophos.
I've tried every approach from this documentation, but sadly I'm just able to distribute the application to devices, that I have added to my apple developer account.
As far as i understood the documentation, that is the "Ad-hoc" approach of distribution.

So... Do i have to upgrade to apple developer enterprise program or is there another approach?

When i try to install the .ipa files via sophos mobile, there is an error message:
app cannot be installed because it's integrity could not be verified
