Is there Any plan for add XAML Desgin View in Dotnet MAUI?

I Update My System. Update the Visual Studio
yeah, I am totally new to MAUI.

and I try to Build a simple App UI using XAML.
As already many told HotReload is not a Replacement of XAML.
Just to view the Change I restart the Application. I Clicked on the hot reload Button but nothing update.
I think it's time to move on to another Platform.
I don't have any idea many others either. Why did they remove the XAML designer they made it default disabled
But at least give the option to the user if the dev wants to enable it from the setting.
If Dev Expert or Comfortable with Hotreload then he/she can disable it.

as I see many comments Including other platforms lot of people want this feature back in Visual Studio.
because everybody Expert in UI.
