Right way to dispose page with WebView

What is the right way to dispose a page with WebView? Because currently when I use Edge inspect, I see the older WebView instances as well, which could potentially be leaking memory.

I had created an issue #18021 which has all the details and the repro project and steps.

I really need thoughts from the community on this, as currently my app crashes after few page open close cycles.
