iOS/Android Manifest question

Hi,
in the maui Project properties (Application / (iOS Targets, Android Targets) are some settings which i don't understand. Are the following properties transfered into androidmanifest.xml and info.plist?

Android:

Setting	Manifest Property
Target Android Platform	android:targetSdkVersion
Minimum Target Android Platform	android:minSdkVersion

iOS:

Setting	Manifest Property
Minimum Target iOS Framework	MinimumOSVersion

Maui Shared:

Setting	AndroidManifest.xml	info.plist
Application Title	android:label	CFBundleDisplayName
Application ID	package	CFBundleIdentifier
Application Display Version	android:versionName	CFBundleShortVersionString
Application Version	android:versionCode	CFBundleVersion

Under XF there is a "Compile using Android version: (Target Framework)". Is something similar in maui?
