How to modify DatePicker for iOS to display date and time AND render inline

Im looking to convert an old XF iOS date time renderer where the UI displayed wheels for date and time inline in the page, not as a popup.

Looking at iOS 14+ UIDatePicker has a new style for .Inline and Im trying to use that with a mapper:

        Microsoft.Maui.Handlers.DatePickerHandler.Mapper.AppendToMapping("dfg", (handler, view) =>
        {
#if IOS || MACCATALYST
            var picker = (handler.PlatformView.InputView as UIDatePicker);

            picker.PreferredDatePickerStyle = UIDatePickerStyle.Inline;
            picker.Mode = UIDatePickerMode.DateAndTime;
#endif
        });

But it still displays a label that has to be tapped on, and even then the picker is missing the time section.
Any pointers on what I need to do here?
