Major flaws : Touch input doesn't work in MAUI.Blazor

If I use touch on a button that does intensive async computation for a while, and I click a lot really fast. touch input breaks
Now if I use 1 finger to drag around, now I am zooming page, I usually only can zoom with 2 fingers
