Hello! Did you find a way to make this work?
My assumption is that your issue comes from the StrokeShape that is being set on the border. I also opened a discussion where I gave more details here

Hi, I didn't find a solution, so I removed Border!

I re-created an issue for MAUI. You cand find it here:

I also gave the details on why this is happending when setting a stroke shape to the border, and why it is happening only when the border is nested in a Compatibility / Legacy layout type.
I hope it will be fixed.
