Is Visual Studio for Mac is DEAD or still have some life?

Although, Microsoft already announced that Visual Studio for Mac will be sunset soon and recommeneds using Visual Studio Code for further.NET developments.

But today, I tried to create a sample.NET MAUI project, and guess what? It took me more than 1 hour to run the project without any modifications, but I failed.

Even on Android, it is difficult to run, whereas Xamarin Forms project is running without any issue

See the error I am getting?

1. Tried specifying, installing, or reinstalling all the required SDK, frameworks
2. deleting all temprorary files, Bin , Obj etc
3. Deleted all project files, re-created new project

That ^ for sure is required. I also notice you have 8.0.0 rc1 instead of the latest release from https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/8.0. Please be sure to update and install the latest .NET MAUI workload.

I was using both VS Code with the .NET MAUI extension, and VS Mac (17.6.9) all weekend just fine.
