Azure hub Notification hub Android foreground service and app closed issue android 14

Hi all,
Given all the saga with Push notification in another thread , I have decided to give Azure hub notification a go..

iOS
I have all working

Android
Foreground - I have implemented a foregroundservice - broadcast receiver and android 14 permission but tapping on a notification when the app is in the foreground does nothing..

App closed
I dont receive any notification!

has anyone implemented successfully Azure notification hub and Maui .
