Feature Request: Built-in function to open projects maximized and customizable mouse effects on specific elements

Description

Whenever I debug my project on Windows, the project opens in a minimized screen and then I have to maximize it, which wastes a lot of a developer's time. I suggest that a built-in function should be added for developers to achieve this according to their requirements. Additionally, it would be beneficial to include an option for changing the mouse effect on specific elements. For example, when the mouse hovers over any picture, the mouse behavior could change to a pointer or to any specific mouse behavior.
