How Do I Get My App Into The Users Applications Folder On Mac ?

From the CLI, I am publishing the project using dotnet publish ....
Everything works, I end up with a Publish Folder which contains a PKG File

When I send this PKG to someone, he installs it but my app is going into /Applications and not ~/Applications.
