Workload supported platforms

currently as it stands you can:

• Build all platforms if you develop on windows (Pair to Mac)
• Build all platforms except Windows if you develop on macos
• Build android if you develop on Linux

now there are 2 limitations:

• Developing Windows on non windows platforms
• Developing iOS on linux

That Windows on non Windows platforms issnt supported makes total sense, since there is 0 infrastructure for that available at all.

But we have the pair to mac mechanisms. So what is the blocker that i cant install the ios workload on linux and pair to my mac to be able to develop ios from my linux OS? Is this maybe on its way but not communicated in a channel ive seen? is this some strategical decision to deny us that(wierd, but the world has suprises)?

sure 10 years ago linux desktop wassnt a real thing, but times have changed and i think this would now tarket a significant audience (or enable to let people finally fully switch to linux like me. i only have windows installed since i need to work on maui-ios.
