Transparent forms/windows?

Does MAUI support transparent forms or windows? I'd like to create a cross-platform app with a transparent background and no border that can be displayed on top of the entire desktop....and allow click-throughs.

Indeed, that's very important: Transparent form, and allow click through
Like in Windows Form:

SetStyle(ControlStyles.Selectable, false);
