XAML Breakpoint

If at debugging time we can put a breakpoint in XAML and show the speed of Load/initialize control or component help us improve program UI performance.
It also control/component how much system resources it uses at runtime

I know this is not just about MAUI, it's about Visual Studio
But when MAUI is released, this feature help improve MAUI
