[Android][CoreCLR] Package PGO profiles in the .NET MAUI workload

We need to package the .mibc PGO profiles from the .NET 11 transport feed inside of the .NET MAUI workload/nuget package.

The .mibc profiles should be copied into the buildTransitive/netstandard2.0 directory alongside the existing Mono *.aotprofile files.
