msbuild invoke compilers to compile multiple source files in one command as default. How to disable it?

When building multiple files in a task, msbuild always invoke compiler to build like below:
cl a.cpp b.cpp c.cpp
However, I want to compiler to build like this
cl a.cpp
cl b.cpp
cl c.cpp
How could i do for this?
