[MSBuild Server] - partner - runtime #12118
Description
There is a PR with my dogfooding attempts here:
dotnet/runtime#115766
However no matter where I put the variables and how I attempt to enable it, our binlogs claim that there is no server to be found.
I've discussed with people from Runtime, (@jkoritzinsky, @ViktorHofer) however so far I failed in an attempt to enable MSBuild server for runtime.
