Do issue triage and move issue to new repos?

There are still open issues with activity in them but it's unclear if it's actively monitored.

Repository Consolidation
The Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.NetAnalyzers package moved into the dotnet/sdk repository for further development and respond to issues formerly in this repository.

All other analyzers moved into the dotnet/roslyn repository.

I assume this repo will be archived around November when .NET 8 and 9 goes out of support so hopefully you will be able to at least move issues that are still relevant before that.

I have no knowledge on that as I switched teams. @jaredpar probably knows someone who knows the plan here.

I am aware of the issue. I agree something should be done. It isn't my priority at the moment.
