LGPL with .NET 5.0

.NET 5.0 doesn't extract any file to disk in self-contained application.
If I use LPGL package, does it mean that my executable is LGPL licensed or it falls into dynamic usage ?

I would expect some MSBuild property saying that a particular package must not be included inside self-contained application and must be left as a separate file.

A solution is to use <IncludeAllContentForSelfExtract>True</IncludeAllContentForSelfExtract> .
This instructs .NET to extract files and not consume them directly from the memory.
