Error restoring Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native when building runtime at v6.0.14 tag

I checked out the dotnet runtime repo at the commit tagged v6.0.14 and tried to build it using build.cmd. However, I keep getting

error NU1603: {project name} depends on Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native (>= 16.11.23-beta1.23063.1) but Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native 16.11.23-beta1.23063.1 was not found. An approximate best match of Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native 17.0.0-beta1.21524.1 was resolved.

and then the project fails to restore. I couldn't find this version of Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native anywhere (it's not on nuget.org, for one). I found it interesting that the version used for the main branch is different, but maybe this is typical.

Is version 16.11.23-beta1.23063.1 still pending release, or is there something else I need to do?

Looks like it just showed up on nuget.org: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native/16.11.23-beta1.23063.1
