How to add a new distro rid to resolve build failed in dotnet7 ?(The specified RuntimeIdentifier 'xx' is not recognized)

.net7 runtime code version
tag : v7.0.0-rc2.2.22472.3

The distro rid is not in rid graph. I add the rid to runtimeGroups.props runtime.compatibility.json runtime.json manually. But it doesn't work.
What is the right way to add new rid? The .net6 and .net7 is diffrent?
