Testing in Android with Windows

I'm trying to execute following process in Windows.

It seems like it is not possible to set export path.

export ANDROID_SDK_ROOT=<PATH-TO-ANDROID-SDK> in W11

I have tried SETX in cmd but does not seem to impact bash.

Any tips?
