Support re-generating all SBRP packages via generate.cmd/sh via a single command that works cross-plat #1319
Description
SBRP now supports re-generating all packages: https://github.com/[dotnet/source-build-reference-packages](https://github.com/dotnet/source-build-reference-packages?tab=readme-ov-file#regenerating-all-packages)?tab=readme-ov-file#regenerating-all-packages
This has two disadvantages:
- Doesn't work on Windows without special terminals
- Requires copy pasting that command.
IMO it would make sense to add a switch to generate.sh/cmd to make this process easier and available cross-plat.
