Release pipeline wiki page creation didn't replace SDK version

For the Feb 2025 release, the wiki page that was created did not replace the SDK version placeholder for the artifact feed link. This is the text it included in the wiki page: {{SDK_VERSION }} Microsoft artifact feed. Obviously the version value should be replaced there.

I think this is likely from my change here.

Looks like a spacing issue before SDK_VERSION.
