Ensure that signatures for azure linux packages are correct in sdk and aspnetcore

Because of the naming convention of the azure linux packages, it's hard to set defaults for those packages in Arcade. If possible, this would be nice. Otherwise, sdk and aspnetcore should directly set the FileSignInfo for those packages.
